I ordered a Pawprint for a dog and they sent one for a cat. I haven't heard yet if the recipient got the replacement. I think they will make it right though.

I have the wind chime to my sister and brother in law who had just lost their dog to an unexpected illness. They were sincerely touched and now have happy memories of their dog every time the wind blows.
