I ordered a Baby's First Christmas ornament and unfortunately, I received a different ornament by mistake. I realize mistakes can happen at this busy time of year, so I contacted the company and asked them if they could send me the ornament I ordered. They kindly apologized and promptly sent me the correct ornament. They also let me keep the other ornament free of charge. I would highly recommend this company to others. They take care of their customers and work to be certain customers are happy.
