Who writes all the poems on your website?

Why we do! All the verses are written by The Grandparent Gift Co. owner Teri Harrison. You will not find them on any other products.

Each poem is copyrighted and not for personal use outside of the products we sell. If you are a business or organization and would like to license a senitment, please contact us. At this time, we do not take author submissions.

Can your products be personalized?

We have several products that can be personalized with a name and we will be adding more in the future. If you have an endearing name you call grandparents and would like one of our poems personalized, contact us and we can let you know if it is possible on a particular product. Many of our products come with engravable plaques. We do not engrave, however the plaque can be taken to any trophy or awards shop to be engraved.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receipt, unless it has been noted as backordered or is a personalized gift. This applies to working days, Monday through Friday, excluding hoildays. Orders shipped ground can take anywhere from 2-5 business days depending on your location. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has shipped. Orders that are shipped US mail, can vary in delivery times and may not have a tracking number available.

I have a retail store, can I sell your products?

Why certainly, just go to the wholesale page and request a catalog or a user name and password to view our wholesale information on line. We have a print catalog for wholesale inquires only, as well as sales reps that may be available in your area. We regularly exhibit as some of the national gift shows as well.

Do you have a store locator?

We do not have a store locator, as many of our stores carry different collections from our line. The best way to find a store near you is to email us with your location. It is easiest to sort by zip codes.
