Great customer service!

I was so excited to receive the frame I had ordered, but when I opened it up, I realized it was the wrong one. I immediately called, but the company was already closed for the weekend. I sent an email explaining my concerns and by Monday morning I received a very apologetic response. I was told to keep the wrong frame and that the correct one would be made that day shipped right away. Sure enough, the new one arrived yesterday and it was perfect. I was so pleased with the customer service and I would definitely order from them again.
